Memorish - Eat Well - Feel Great!

* How to store OUR BEAUTIFUL PRESERVED VEGFETABLES?  

Just keep your marinated vegetable jar on the kitchen bench - do not refrigerate it as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil can solidify in the fridge.  If this happens in the cold just warm the jar up again at room temperature and it will return to its normal state. 

* Maintaining longevity of the product (if it lasts that long in your house): 

* Remember if your oil level drops to below the vegetable level just top it up with Extra Virgin Olive Oil to cover the product - if you do this your product stays preserved in the Oil!  If you have Oil left at the end when your product is all finished use this oil in your cooking or in your salad dressing!   If you keep the product under the Extra Virgin Olive Oil level it can last for months even once opened!  In fact it continues to preserve and gets even better with time as it continues to  marinate in the special herbs!
